Ruck 1 mile, climb 3,960 stairs, then ruck 4 miles.
This month we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001. The mile represents the distance around the Pentagon. The 3,960 stairs represent the 110 stories of each twin tower. And the 4 miles honor the fourth plane, lost in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Serious ruckers do it all in one push; everyone else is free to break it up.
