June 2025 Rucking Challenge — The Beaches of D-Day | Rucking Challenges
June rucking Challenge

The Beaches of D-Day

Ruck 25 miles across five legs, one for each D-Day beach.

The Challenge

25 miles. Five beaches. Five different missions.

This June, we remember Operation Overlord and the five landing zones of D-Day: Utah, Omaha, Gold, Juno, and Sword. Ruck the distance of each beach's actual landing zone, and take on a task drawn from what happened there — a fast 3 miles for Utah, a silent 6 for Omaha, a wet 5 for Gold, push-ups every 5 minutes for Juno's brutal first hour, and a mile carried off your back for Sword's improvised vehicles. Twenty-five miles total, five very different stories.
