October Rucking Challenge

EMP Ruck

The Challenge:
Turn off (take off) ALL your devices. Go for a ruck.

Let's do this

October Challenge

This month an Electromagnetic Pulse has gone out through our challenge and fried all your electronics. Will that stop you from rucking? Let’s find out.

For this challenge take off your watch, turn off your tracking app, close the map, take off your headphones, skip the IG pics and posting, pick up your bag and go for a ruck.

Ruck hard, heavy, fast, slow, long, short. All are in play. You just have to kill all devices.

Part social experiment, part reality check: what happens when we stop tracking every step, every mile, every minute, while being distracted by music and the perfect IG pic, and just simply go for a ruck?

 Welcome to the EMP challenge.

*Yes, you can carry your phone for an emergency or in case someone needs to get in touch with you. But, that’s it.

Options for this challenge
