The Mile is back, and it's nastier. Load your ruck (and any extra coupons) as heavy as you can handle, then cover 2 miles. Stopping is fine — setting the weight down is not. If you put it down, you restart. If you finish thinking "that wasn't so bad," you didn't load heavy enough.
