In observance of Memorial Day, this ruck is done in honor of someone who died in the line of service. The distance is 4 miles: 2 for you, 2 for the person you're honoring. The weight doubles too, since you're carrying both. Do it any day in May, but Memorial Day is when it hits hardest.
