March Rucking Challenge

Rosie Ruck

The Challenge:
Ruck for 2 hours. Perform 10 Push Ups (or ruck curls) every 5 minutes.

Let's do this

March Challenge

Rosie the Riveter originally symbolized women’s effort during WW2. As more men went off to war, it was women who stepped into factory jobs producing munitions, machinery, and supplies that helped the war efforts.

While time has passed since the Rosies first walked onto the manufacturing floor, Rosie continues to inspire women and men alike to rise up and face adversity with hard work and sacrifice for others.

Not only that, but Rosie reminds us that it never hurts to show off your arm cannon.

In honor of Rosie and all the strong women in our lives, this March we will go for a 2 hour ruck. Every 5 minutes you will stop to perform 10 push ups (or 10 ruck curls).

The goal is to ruck as far as possible in the time.
