January Challenge

In the month of January, ruck 20.19 miles (ideally in one go, but can be broken into 2-3 rucks if needed). There is no minimum weight requirement or time domain. Just start rucking and don't quit till you hit 20.19 miles.

The Details

Every month we will post a new Rucking Challenge. Everyone who signs up for the Challenge gets a free patch. Whether you earn the patch or not is up to you.

In addition to the patch, we will randomly select one registrant to receive the month's prize package (which for the month of January is a $265 GORUCK Rucker.)

Patches are mailed out at the end of the month. International participants may be responsible for additional shipping costs and fees.

UPDATE: Our goal is to alway ship your patches before the end of the month. However, due to the overwhelming demand, our initial batch of January patches have all been spoken for. If you sign up for the January challenge after January 15, your patch will be part of a second order that will not ship until late February. We apologize for the delay, but promise you’ll get your patch.

FAQ

1. Why should I sign up? Because you are already going to be rucking this month. Might as well get a sweet patch and chance to win free gear while you're at it.

2. Do I have to ruck at 20.19 miles in one go?
If you're an experienced rucker, then you should shoot for that. But, if you break it up into 2 or 3 rucks over the course of the month, that's cool too.

3. What happens if I don't ruck 20.19 miles?
Well... nothing. You still get the patch and can still win the Rucker.

4. Why is the subscription price lower than the single entry price?
Because, we want you to sign up for the subscription. Duh.

5. I'm not sure I want to subscribe. What if next month's challenge is too hard or the prize isn't as cool?
The more people that sign up and subscribe, the more cool stuff we can give away. And, we are designing challenges that can accommodate all level of ruckers.

6. Is GORUCK sponsoring this? Nope. I bought the Rucker with my own money to give away because it is awesome and I thought you all would like it.

7. Who is running this thing?
