Let's do this
The dog days of Summer are upon us. As the temperatures rise, it gets harder and harder to get on your ruck and go put in the miles.
To solve the problem, this month’s challenge is to ruck 4 miles before the sun (and temperature) rises.
If early mornings aren’t your thing, that’s ok. There is an option to beat the heat by getting your 4 miles after the sun (and temperature) goes down.
BE CAREFUL – Of course, we recommend you take extra caution when rucking in the dark. Wear bright clothes, use headlamps or flashlights, and stick to well lit areas if you’re in an urban environment. And, always double check when crossing the road.
For this challenge:
All: 4 miles
Do the challenge as a group. If going for the morning option, end the ruck with breakfast for an extra good time. If evening, start with a light dinner or a fun spot to meet before the sun sets.
